General Info.

Where to stay

We highly recommend Greenpoint for its charming neighborhood experience. Williamsburg, just next door, is another excellent option. Below, you'll find a curated list of hotel recommendations, along with a map highlighting the areas we suggest for your stay.

If you're considering Manhattan, we recommend the Gramercy and Flatiron Districts for their central location and unique character. However, if you're set on staying in Times Square, we’ll have to let you explore options on your own!

Where to search

Airbnb can be a great option, but keep in mind that these savvy New Yorkers know how to price their cozy spaces accordingly.

For additional options, you might check out Listings Project.

Google and Google Maps are invaluable tools for exploring accommodations and gauging distances to key locations.

Getting around

Uber is a convenient option for getting around, so we recommend setting up the app before you arrive.

The Subway is easy to navigate, with the Greenpoint G train being the closest station to the venue and many of the recommendations listed below.

Buses are often overlooked in favor of the subway, but they offer a comfortable and reliable way to get around the city—definitely worth considering!

Transport for Kids

Uber offers a Car Seat option, which you can select when choosing your ride type in the app.

As an alternative, this car service lets you call ahead to book a ride—perfect for airport trips or situations where you’ll have a car seat available at your destination.

Need baby gear you don’t want to travel with? You can rent it here instead.
